LAW PRACTICE PROFILE
My practice focuses on international commercial disputes, in particular cases related to Russia and other countries of the former USSR.
My experience as a U.S. litigator (1987-90, 2000-present), and as a transactional lawyer in Russia (1990-2000) and Kazakhstan (1994-98), enables me to handle the special aspects of cross-border litigation and arbitration, including international procedure, foreign law, foreign documents, and choosing and working with foreign counsel, expert witnesses, and interpreters.
I launched my independent New York-based practice in 2009 and endeavor to provide the same quality service that brought success to my previous independent law firm venture, which started in Moscow in 1993.
